With the main ingredient of bird's nest, you can make many simple but very delicious and healthy dishes.

1. Bird's nest with rock sugar
- Preparation: 5g of bird's nest, 3 tablespoons of rock sugar

- Processing:

Soak the bird's nest in water for about 20 minutes until soft, remove and drain
For oats in a ceramic bowl or crockery. Pour enough water into the cup to cover the surface of the bird's nest.
Finally, place the bird's nest in a pot of boiling water for 20 minutes. When off the stove, proceed to add rock sugar.
